Customers must provide accurate business information. To register for Vestis M, customers must be retailers with a valid Seller's Permit. Without proper documentation, Vestis M reserves the right to restrict access to shopvestism.com. When Vestis M requests verification such as retail license copies, retailers must fax or email the required documentation.

Service Overview
Vestis M keeps things simple and efficient for retailers. Log in at shopvestism.com, select your merchandise, and complete checkout. We pack your order in one box and ship it directly to you. Contact us only for damaged items, product questions, or special requests.

Payment Method: Credit Card
We process credit cards directly through shopvestism.com without sharing information with third parties. We prioritize your security by not storing credit card data. After order completion, we request a credit card authorization form to prevent fraud. Transaction processing occurs through authorize.net, which maintains transaction records that Vestis M accesses when necessary.

Product Descriptions
Vestis M strives for accuracy in all product descriptions and merchandise details. However, Vestis M cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in product descriptions or related content. Errors may occur. For questions or to report mistakes on our website, contact our customer service team.

Shipping and Processing
Shipping charges apply based on your selected shipping method. VAT and shipping charges apply to international orders. We ship merchandise in order received. Processing times: 3 business days for standard shipping, 2 business days for express shipping, and 1 business day for overnight shipping. Partial shipments available upon request if items are out of stock.

Privacy
We do not share or misuse personal information. Personal data is used solely for shipping, billing, and communication purposes.

Order Processing
By selecting "Ship entire order together," you agree the order ships only when all items are in our warehouse. Orders may be cancelled after three days if merchandise remains unavailable. Pre-ordered items ship once received and ready, unless otherwise notified. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis for available inventory.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by the provider at any time for any reason without notice, though shopvestism.com works to avoid such circumstances.
