Why are your products hidden?

We only sell to wholesale customers.To safeguard the interests of our customers who resell our products, our product catalog and pricing details are accessible exclusively to registered account holders. By creating an account with us, you'll gain access to view our complete product offerings and their associated prices.

What are the requirements for setting up an account?

Setting up an account requires submitting your seller's permit number along with a photographic copy of one of these documents: seller's permit, CP-575 (EIN Issue Letter), Sales Tax Registration Certificate, or Business Registration certificate.

What is the next step after completing the registration form?

After you submit your registration, we will respond within 2 business days with your account confirmation. If additional information is needed, a representative will reach out to you. Once approved, you will be able to view our product offerings and prices.

What is your payment process?

At checkout, your payment method will be preauthorized but not charged. You'll only be charged once your order is packed and ready to ship. For preorders, we'll send an invoice when the items arrive in stock rather than preauthorizing payment.

For your safety all transactions are PCI compliant and require proper authorization before any charges are processed.

What shipping services do you offer?

• USPS for international orders and US territories
• Free drop-off to cargo or consolidation companies in the LA Fashion District
• Your account/label - use your own UPS account or provide prepaid labels

What is the shipping time for my order?

After your complete checkout, our team will promptly process your order and determine the best shipping method. We typically ship on the same day if the order is received on a business day.

What is your Preorder Process?

Preorders can be added to your cart with no down payment. Preorders are not charged until your order is ready to ship.

Once your preorder arrives a Vestis M representative will contact you with an invoice. Once your invoice is paid we will promptly ship out the order.

How are Preorders Charged?

Preorders are priced at $0 dollars when you add them to the cart. You can mix your order with in stock items and preorder items.

When the item arrives we will send you an invoice with a link to our payment portal. Final authorization and payments are always requested before we charge.

You may request us to have a credit card on file if you prefer contactless processing.

What are the benefits of ordering on your website?

You'll get the same wholesale pricing as our showroom with the convenience of 24/7 ordering. Our website features exclusive styles and deals not available on other platforms, plus you can browse and order without needing to call or visit in person.

Already a customer on Faire or FashionGo?

If you have already purchased from us on FashionGo or Faire you may send us a copy of your seller's permit to info@shopvestism.com and we will send you a link to set up your account with no additional steps required.
