Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment. For change of mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. We do not accept partial packs as returns, and all products must be clear of price tags, unopened, and unused in their original packaging, otherwise a restocking fee may be charged.
For items that are not as described, wrong, missing, damaged, or defective, please report these issues within 14 days of shipment. In some of these cases, we will cover shipping costs both ways. To initiate any return, please contact our customer service team at info@shopvestism.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will typically be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
