Processing & Shipping Timeline

Orders with payment cleared before 1:00 PM on weekdays typically ship the same day.Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Multiple Item Orders

When your order contains items that may ship separately, we will contact you to determine your preference:Ship all items together when complete, or Ship items individually as they become available.If we don't receive a response, we will ship items as they become available to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS for most orders.Alternative shipping carriers are available upon request.

International Orders & Customs

Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs will be the responsibility of the customer.These fees are determined by your country's customs policies and are not included in our shipping charges.

Preorders

Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our inventory, unless otherwise noted.If your preorder arrives earlier than the estimated release date, we'll ship it out to you right away so you can enjoy it sooner.We will periodically send out status updates regarding your preorder to keep you informed about timing and availability.

Billing & Tracking

Your payment method will be charged only when your order ships.A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.You can track your package using the provided tracking information.
